Privacy Disclosure
PCM Employees Credit Union is committed to making available financial
products and services that will enable you to meet your financial needs and
reach your financial goals. Protecting personal information and using it in a
manner consistent with your expectations is a high priority for the Credit
Union.
To ensure that you can rely upon the quality of products and services we
make available, your credit union stands behind the following privacy

- PCM Employees Credit Union will collect only the non-public
information that is necessary to conduct business. “Non-public
information” is defined as that which is normally available to the
public through open records but is necessary to provide competitive
financial products and services including information which we:
a. Receive from you on applications and other forms
b. Collect from your transaction with us or others
c. Request from a credit reporting agency
d. Obtain when verifying information

a. PCM Employees Credit Union will maintain strong security controls to
ensure that your information in the files and computers is protected.
b. Where appropriate, the Credit Union will use security coding to
prevent unauthorized access to your personal records, to ensure accuracy
and integrity in all communications and transactions, and to protect
your confidentiality.
c. Employees and others will only be given information on a need-to-know
basis.

private information.
a. You will have the opportunity to review your information and make
necessary changes to ensure that Credit Union records are complete and
accurate.
b. Access will be arranged during regular Credit Union office hours at a
mutually agreed upon time so as not to inconvenience other members.
- PCM Employees Credit Union will only share information about you and
former members when
absolutely necessary or disclosures to other non-affiliated parties as
permitted by law, such as:
a. When sharing is necessary to administer the products and services.
b. When we are required to do so by the regulatory bodies.
c. When the Board of Directors decides to partner with other businesses
to offer you a broader array of products and services.
- PCM Employees Credit Union will partner only with businesses that
follow strict confidentiality
requirements.
a. Partnering businesses will only be selected if they can offer
products designed to enhance your economic well-being.
b. Under no circumstances will the Credit Union authorize these firms to
change or access any of your accounts without your written consent nor
to provide information to third parties.
c. The Credit Union will not sell your information to telemarketing
firms.
- PCM Employees Credit Union will offer you a choice on how your private
information is to be used.
a. Any member of PCM Employees Credit Union may elect to keep
non-public information ("opt out") from being shared with
business partners unless it is required for normal business activities
such as credit reports, statement processing, check processing, etc.
b. The Credit Union will inform you of how to exercise your choice,
namely, by calling the Credit Union office during regular hours.
c. The Credit Union will take all reasonable steps to make sure your
requests are followed.
d. At least once a year, the Credit Union will remind you of your right to
"opt out".

October 1, 2000 We recognize and respect your need for
privacy and security as you visit our site. When you visit our site to
view any pages, read product information, or use our on-line calculators and
tools, you do so without telling us who you are and without revealing any
personal information. While we do not collect identifying information
about visitors to our site, we do use standard software to collect information
