Complete the FAFSA form (Free Application for Federal
Student Aid). This must be done prior to applying for any
student loans. You can fill it out and submit it online by
clicking on "Filling Out a FAFSA" at

on the Web.

Fill out the Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note -Stafford
Master Promissory Note (MPN) NEW
Addendum
to Stafford MPN Must be used with the current Stafford MPN to
inform borrowers of the changes made to the terms of their loans.

Fill out the
PLUS
Master Promissory Note (MPN) NEW
Addendum
to PLUS MPN
This form replaced the Common PLUS application.
