completing an
entry coupon. A
coupon is
available in the
Member
Newsletter or by
contacting the
credit union.
One entry per
person. (We ask
that the
entrants be of
driving age, 16
years old, since
a license is
required to
operate the
prize offered.)

Conditions
No purchase
or payment is
necessary to
enter or win.
Prize is not
redeemable for
cash. Maximum of
one entry per
person will be
accepted during
the Contest
Period of April
15-May 31, 2008.
The Contest is
not open
to employees,
representatives
of the credit
union, or their
immediate
family. For the
purpose of this
Contest,
"immediate
family" is
defined as
parent, sibling,
child or any
person residing
in the same
household of
such employees
or
representatives.
The credit union
is required to
issue a
1099-Misc. form
for the prize
value. The
credit union
reserves the
right to make
changes to
Contest Rules as
deemed
necessary.
Winning Entry
Determination
On June 2, 2008
PCMCU will
randomly select
and award the
prize to the
first entry
drawn in the
contest.
Winner
notification /
selection
The winner will
be contacted
personally by
PCM Employees
Credit Union.
The winner will
also be
announced on
PCMCU’s website
and also in
PCMCUs quarterly
newsletter.
Before being
awarded a prize,
the winner will
be required to
sign a release
form stating
that he/she has
read, understood
and complied
with these
Contest Rules,
and authorizes
the Credit Union
to broadcast and
publish the
winner’s name
and photograph,
in connection
with any
promotion or
publicity of the
event. The
winner accepts
the prize as
offered and
releases the
Credit Union
from any and all
liability of any
kind arising out
of the winner’s
participation in
this Contest and
use of the
prize. The odds
of winning a
prize depends on
the number of
eligible entries
received for the
contest. For
example, if
1,000 entries
are received,
the odds of
winning a prize
are 1/1,000 for
an entrant. No
purchase or
payment is
required.
